About Katherine
Katherine Roberts is Founder and President of Katherine Roberts Yoga for Golfers and the Roberts Flex-Fit Method. Roberts’ unique approach to golf conditioning is a hybrid of western biomechanical research and eastern mind/body conditioning for performance, and her work has been profiled by USA TODAY, The NY and LA Times, Golf Magazine, Golf for Women, Golf Week and US Airways Magazine. As a fitness expert and a regular contributor for The Golf Channel, she has appeared on The Turn, The Big Break, Your Game Night, How Low Can you Go and Game ON! Katherine’s new golf fitness series Swing Fault Solutions continues to air in The Golf Channel’s international markets. Katherine is the producer of seven DVDs and author of the ground-breaking book Yoga for Golfers (McGraw-Hill). Her second book Swing Flaws and Fitness Solutions, co- authored with Hank Haney was published in August 2009. Roberts is dedicated to helping people achieve maximum performance and balance both on and off the course. Katherine is the yoga expert for the LA Dodgers and San Diego Padres. She has been working in Major League Baseball for eight years.

Golf Club Workshops
- Golf fitness / yoga for golfers presentation for your event, 1 hour to 1 1/2 hours in length.
- Group golf fitness / yoga for golfers classes focusing on a series of topics such as “How to properly warm up for golf”, “Building better posture at address”, “Generate more power and distance”
- One-on-one sessions with the PGA / LPGA professional and KR.
This one hour session begins with time on the practice tee hitting balls and evaluating physical movement, ball flight, etc…
We study video of the student with the pro, discuss golf and fitness objectives.
KR provides a physical screen and “prescribes” 7 – 10 exercises specifically designed for the golfer.
Yoga for Golfers hands-on workshops can be either stand-alone or integrated into an existing special or educational event or corporate golf function, ranging in duration from 90 minutes to full day events, including a round of golf. We will design a program that suits your requirements. Participants can expect a 20-40% increased range of motion translating immediately into greater distance, accuracy, and strength on the course!
Yoga Workshops:
Cultivate a balance of strength and sweetness on and off your yoga mat. Starting with a discussion of life balance, followed by a physically active vinyasa flow , Katherine will lead you through any blockages to make room for more vibrancy and light. Bring this workshop to your yoga studio.
